AMW Answers: "How to Skincare When I Don't Have Time in the Morning?"

Has it been summer all year round in the Philippines?
I felt like it has been randomly raining in June but it still felt hot like Summer of March and April!

So I totally understand this question sent to me via DM over my Instagram account.

I got the answer as I am lazy AF on most days especially for a busy working mom who needs more sleep than the rest of the population :)

ANSWER: "Use Hydrating LOTION."

One of the brand I have tried and liked that would help you achieve "MOCHI" skin.  There are a whole lot of brands out there and one that I've tried is a Japanese brand - HADA LABO.

This is the Hada Labo Hydrating Lotion (Php734.00)
This is formulated with High Performance Penetrating and deep moisturizing techonology infuses 4 types of Hyaluronic Acid.  Hyaluronic acid is the best ingredient to trap moisture on skin leaving skin soft, smooth and super supple.

Thankfully the texture is milky yet non-sticky.  It gets absorbed into the skin easily so I can easily go along my day without the tacky feel from usual skincare products.  I mean do not exchange this to your WHOLE regimen but I use this to instantly boost my skin's moisture especially before putting on makeup.

This is my favorite way to apply my Hada Labo Hydrating lotion with a big cotton pad leaving it like a face sheet mask as I do my hair prepping my skin for foundation.

While at it, I like to put on my favorite undereye patch from Pixi Beauty.

Well soaked, hydrated skin perfect to face the day.  And best of all?  I like to use this technique midday if my base makeup looks dry and patchy, I would do this technique and pat more of the product on dry areas and that would give me that Mochi-like healthy skin.

What other makeup/skincare hacks would you like to know?  Feel free to message me and comment any of my posts and I'll try to answer as quick as I can!
